I love to run and there are two ways you can help.

In the spirit of "Caring is good, doing something is better" this year I have teamed up with Team in Training to help raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma research and patient services. They have agreed to sponsor me in the upcoming Rock-n-Roll Marathon in San Diego on June 1st!

I need to raise $4000 to uphold my end of the bargain so I can use all of your help. Donations don't have to be big, every little bit counts. And 75% of all donations goes towards the fight against blood cancers. Since 1988, more than 360,000 volunteers have helped raise over $850 million.

An advertising sponsorship offers you the chance to sponsor me in an upcoming race of which I will participate in a shirt baring your logo*, an advertising banner on my website, and a company tagline, or small logo, on the race calendar below the sponsored race.

*Marathons, and 10K+, require technical style running shirt; less than 10K race cotton shirts are ok.

Your sponsorship goes towards race entries, donation goals, apperal, travel & lodging costs, and web hosting expenses.
